Ever since a friend of mine bought me a cup of latte to try at a café, I’ve been addicted. I’ve always loved the aroma of coffee but hated its bitter taste, but I guess I blame that on the black coffee that my mum loves. Now, just the sound of the word ‘latte’ makes me happy! J I have now officially joined the latte lovers club!
While we are on the subject of beverages, my friend and I went shopping in London two days ago where we decided to have afternoon tea at Dolly’s Cafe in Selfridges to rest from all the shopping and walking. Loving to try new things, I decided to opt out of having “English Breakfast tea” and go for the most dangerous sounding name on the “tea list” – Lapsang, while my friend ordered Darjeeling. I have to say it’s one of the best teas I have tasted in my life time! If you ever have the chance, try it.
